We foster a supportive environment that promotes physical fitness & mental resilience through Shootboxing, Combat Karate & Shoot Wrestling. Students are encouraged to compete within other combat sports too such as Kyokushin Karate, Amateur MMA, Combat Sambo, Muay Thai & ‘No-Gi’ Sambo Wrestling.
