Shootboxing & Kakuto Karate are comprehensive striking arts that, unlike regular Kickboxing, integrate standup grappling such as standing clinch grappling, standing submissions, throws, takedowns & ground striking. Students are encouraged to compete within other combat sports too such as Combat Sambo, Muay Thai & Wrestling.
